View the Spring 2008 Digital Flatbook

Have a sneak peek at a two of the characters for a very short 30 second short animation I’m working on that toys with the human qualities in planetary bodies. The short will utilize Maya’s procedural textures, allowing the models to be rendered in any size without a breakdown in texture quality. The short will also try out a lighting scheme that throws a bit of a backlight on all of the characters to add a celestial quality to the model contours.
